Led a comprehensive 13-month institutional brand refresh for Valparaiso University, guiding the strategy, design, and implementation of the university’s updated visual identity. The project included more than 50 campus roadshow presentations and over 100 brand training sessions for internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent adoption.
Working alongside an external branding partner, I helped lead a nearly $500,000 brand investment and oversaw the creation of more than 500 branded templates and tools for campus partners. The work received national recognition, earning both a Brandie Award and a MarCom Platinum Award for excellence in branding.
Led a full brand refresh for a Northwest Indiana bakery, redesigning the brand across digital, print, and in-store experiences. The project included a new logo system, updated visual identity, and cohesive brand assets used across menus, wedding materials, signage, packaging, and social media.
I also redesigned the bakery’s website, developed new marketing materials including wedding order cards and in-store menus, and established consistent brand voice and imagery across social platforms. The refreshed identity helped modernize the brand while maintaining the personality and warmth that customers loved.
Developed a brand concept for Imece Farms, a hypothetical premium hazelnut producer created as part of an MBA marketing strategy project focused on introducing Turkish hazelnuts to the U.S. market. The project included brand strategy, logo development, and visual storytelling designed to communicate quality, sustainability, and origin.
To bring the concept to life, I designed product seals, packaging mockups, branded merchandise, and marketing materials that demonstrated how the brand could exist in real retail environments. The project was later published as a case study, highlighting the strategic marketing and branding approach behind the concept.
Refreshed the visual identity for a small business specializing in handcrafted décor and home goods. The project included a redesigned logo system along with updated brand assets used across business cards, signage, and sales materials for fairs and markets.
The goal was to create a more polished brand, maintaining the character of the business.
